According to Cold Hard Football Facts, Eli Manning is also the only player in NFL history to lead a game-winning drive with less than a minute left in the Super Bowl.

“The NFL has been around a long time, but Eli Manning is the only quarterback in history to lead a last-minute, championship-winning touchdown drive – at least when he absolutely positively needed a touchdown and when anything less would have meant failure.”

When I look at stats like these, it makes me think the Giants playoff run was the greatest of all time. No team has ever overcome odds like this. The Giants won all their games on the road, were trailing two games at halftime (Patriots and Packers), tied in one game (Cowboys), and up just a touchdown at halftime against the Bucs.
