The Carolina Panthers have placed running back DeShaun Foster on the trade block. He’s in the final year of his three year contract.
Foster rushed for 876 yards on 247 carries last season, averaging just 3.5 yards per carry. He only had three touchdowns, too.
Trading Foster would leave DeAngelo Williams as the starter. Carolina would like to run a two back set, so look for the to pursue a running back in free agency or the draft. Some players available might be Michael Turner of the Chargers, Derrick Ward of the Giants, and Julius Jones of the Cowboys.
